The Party Charm can be bought at the Birthday Party Celebration Charm Shoppe for 3,500 gold, if the hunter has 3 Cake Polaroids. It can be refunded for 630 gold at the same location, even without a Cake Polaroid. It can also be obtained by Gifting and in the daily Loyalty Chest, as well as Loot from some of the mice at the Birthday Party Celebration.
