The Soul Binder Mouse is the District Boss of the Dark Library in Zokor. It is known to drop Ancient Relic, Sacred Script, and Scholar Scrolls.

Hunting Strategy
Soul Binder Mouse is available in Dark Library district in Zokor after 20 mice has been caught. It can only be caught once per trip there.
Soul Binder Mouse can be attracted with Standard Cheese and Glowing Gruyere.
Forgotten power type is very effective against the this mouse. Arcane is effective.
