Talk:Scoreboard

From MHWiki

Might I ask the purpose of copy and pasting (currently incorrectly) the scoreboard into the wiki? Perhaps content describing the functionality and features of the scoreboard would be slightly more useful.

there are yellow shields on the scoreboard in front of the rank, what are they?

A yellow shield indicates that a person has donated. --Peter888 04:26, 16 October 2008 (UTC)
Some people also have a green box (dollars?) by the shield - what does that mean? -- Ralphminer 04:23, 19 April 2009 (UTC)

I had no idea what the shield to the left of some players meant. I am reluctant to keep bothering my son about what everything means and I am usually ignored in the Forum. This information is exactly what this Wiki is all about, isn't it? I don't see why the Scoreboard itself should be duplicated here, but an explanation of what things means always helps newbies.

The information you are looking for is available in the Hunter's Title article linked from the main page. However as you said, this page need not be deleted as it certainly can be used to explain the scoreboard itself, which many players do look at often. If anyone is up to the task of reviving the scoreboard article, do go ahead :) -- Grexx 20:39, 17 March 2009 (UTC)
I'll take a stab at writing an entry about the scoreboard -- Ralphminer 04:23, 19 April 2009 (UTC)
I'll give people a week to review and edit - and then I will try to find a place to link this in -- Ralphminer 13:22, 19 April 2009 (UTC)

Further Updating

This article needs some attention to incorporate any changes since. Any takers? -- Grexx 10:55, 16 August 2009 (UTC)

Relavance of the first sentence?

MouseHunt is a passive game that is meant as something fun to check every 15 minutes while surfing the web, browsing profiles or doing some work. MouseHunt is not a ’sit and watch‘ type of game, but rather a ’come back and check your progress later‘ game.

How is this related to the scoreboard? YiKai 16:12, 10 July 2011 (UTC)

It may have said that at the top of the scoreboard at one point. It doesn't say it now and I've removed it. B.Rossow · talk 16:24, 10 July 2011 (UTC)
