The Nerg tribe are masters of disguise, and only a tactical trap can penetrate their defenses. The younger tribe members prefer Gouda or SUPER|brie+, but the elders will only pit themselves against your trap if a piece of Gumbo cheese is on the line.
The Nerg Tribe is one of the three tribes of the Tribal Isles region. The mice of this tribe are all weak to Tactical weapons. Their green clothing is unique to the Nerg tribe.
The Nerg Tribe mice reside mainly in Nerg Plains. Grandfather Mouse resides only in Cape Clawed. Caretaker, Narrator, and Pathfinder reside in both Nerg Plains and Cape Clawed.
Four of the Nerg Tribe mice can only be attracted by Gumbo cheese: Defender, Grandfather, Nerg Chieftain, and Slayer. The other mice can be attracted by standard cheese, but prefer Gouda or SUPER|brie+.
The mice of the Nerg tribe are known to drop the following loot:
- Savoury Vegetables – dropped by normal Nerg tribe mice.
- Thorned Vine – dropped by Grandfather Mouse
- Ancient Ripped Blueprint – dropped by Nerg Chieftain Mouse
- Yellow Pepper Seed – dropped by Defender, Nerg Chieftain and Slayer mice
