Overview
Parental is a Power Type used in MouseHunt.
Parental power type is symbolized by an image of a scolding finger. Image
Hunters can change their power type to Parental by arming either:
- Nannybot (the only Weapon with Parental power type)
- Nanny Charm (this will not work if a power type-changing skin is armed)
Mice
Mice found in the following groups will have some weakness to Parental traps, but these traps may not be the most effective. See individual Location and Mice pages for specific information.

History and Trivia
- 2 March 2010: Parental power type was introduced at the beginning of the MouseHunt Birthday II event. Nannybot was the first Parental weapon.
- 3 December 2021: During a Feedback Friday session, the game developers stated that Parental power type would never be returning.
- 6 February 2024: Parental power type traps will no longer attract mice.
