Tucked behind the dense trees of Whisker Woods is a quiet and peaceful clearing. In the center of the clearing is a glowing boulder with colourful fungi growing around it. The magic rock seems to draw mice near to it, as if empowering them.

Hunting Strategy

Hunters have several Trap Setup Options for the Calm Clearing. Hunters in the Calm Clearing are advised to use a trap comparable to or greater than the Swiss Army Mouse Trap to hunt successfully. Using a lesser trap could result in a net loss due to the thieving mice. Hunters trying to catch the rare tactical mice in this area should use a tactical trap for bonus against the mice, although powerful physical weapons will also work without a penalty.

Cheese Usage

All standard cheese types can be used in this location. Hunters who wish to maximize their profits should use either Marble or Swiss. Alternatively, hunters can use Cheddar or White Cheddar and use a Base that has a high attraction bonus such as the Wooden Base with Target. Hunters who wish to achieve Master rank quickly should use Brie or SUPER|brie+ cheese, which have better attraction rates.
