This limited edition version of the classic DeathBot features shiny chrome-plated panels, with a lot o' bling. The motors have been tweaked a little to bring more power to the chain gun and saw blade, the laser power has been increased by 5 kilowatts, and the missile guidance system has been improved using the newest in mouse-seeking technology.

The DeathBot (Chrome Edition), also known as the ChromeBot, is currently the fourth-most powerful Physical weapon available to hunters. However, it still has the highest luck overall. Its appearance is similar to the Mouse DeathBot but is entirely chrome-plated, with a large necklace hanging from its head. The baited cheese is set upon a gold bar.

Purchasing Info

The DeathBot (Chrome Edition) was available for 512,800 gold from Ronza's Traveling Shoppe during her Hunter's Reward Weekend visit. It refunded for 92,304 gold at the same location. Being a limited-edition weapon, it is possible that it won't be sold again in any future events.

Trap Effectiveness

The Mouse DeathBot, being a Physical type weapon, is known to be of normal effectiveness against Physical type mice. It also performs less effectively against all other power types.

Related Traps

  • Mouse DeathBot - The Mouse DeathBot is the regular store-bought version of this weapon and is considerably weaker than the DeathBot (Chrome Edition)
  • PartyBot - The PartyBot is crafted with the DeathBot Parts obtained by smashing the Mouse DeathBot. It is stronger and less stale than the DeathBot (Chrome Edition), but has a lower power bonus and lower luck.
