The EMP400 Charm could be bought for 64,000 gold at Ronza's Traveling Shoppe during her Summer 2015 visit. It cannot be refunded.
Special Effects
Arming an EMP400 Charm along with Fusion Fondue adds 25,000 power to the trap.
The added power improves the catch rate for the M400 mouse. The charm is consumed when encountering the M400 regardless of whether the mouse is caught.
