Although origins of this high-tech robot are unknown, its ability to destroy mice is well known. The DeathBot comes equipped with a high speed chain gun, two rapid fire laser guns, an extending saw blade arm and nine mouse-seeking missiles. Even the quickest, cleverest mouse stands little chance against this adversary.

The Mouse DeathBot, often referred to simply as the DeathBot or DB, was the most powerful weapon available to hunters in the original MouseHunt release of 7 March 2008. A number of more powerful weapons have subsequently become available to hunters as new Trapsmiths and crafting options have been added to the game.

Purchasing Info

The Mouse DeathBot can be purchased for 256,400 gold from the Town of Gnawnia and King's Gauntlet. It refunds for 46,152 gold at the same locations. It can also be purchased from the Town of Digby for 243,580 gold, where it refunds for 43,845 gold.

The Mouse DeathBot (if unintentionally smashed) can be reassembled from DeathBot Parts.

Effectiveness

The Mouse DeathBot, being a Physical type weapon, is known to be of normal effectiveness against Physical type mice. It also performs less effectively against all other power types.

Related Weapons

  • NVMRC Forcefield Trap - The NVMRC Forcefield Trap has a fresher cheese effect and higher luck but a lower power bonus than the Mouse DeathBot.
  • DeathBot (Chrome Edition) - The limited-edition DeathBot (Chrome Edition) is the second strongest version of the DeathBot but has the most luck of all traps in the game.
  • PartyBot - The PartyBot is crafted with the DeathBot Parts obtained by smashing the Mouse DeathBot. It is stronger and less stale than the DeathBot (Chrome Edition), but has a lower power bonus and lower luck.

Hunter's Hammer

Smashing this weapon with the Hunter's Hammer yields the DeathBot Parts.
