Only Draconic traps are effective against the Regal Spearman, all other power types are ineffective. The Regal Spearman can only be encountered on a Draconic Sanctuary.

When found on a Low Altitude Island or a High Altitude Island, depending on the buffs present, the Regal Spearman can drop the following loot:
