With a guitar in one paw and a mic in the other, catching this mouse will earn you one of the most face-melting rock experiences ever!! Lore warns that listening to this mouse play guitar could cause your ears to melt off and your head to explode in an awesome frenzy of excitment! "But I like R&B" you say? No! You have to listen to ROCK MUSIC. Haha, just kidding, you can listen to anything you want! ROCK ON! *wailing guitars*

The Rockstar Mouse (which replaced the long-retired iTunes Mouse) is a rare breed of mouse found in the Town of Gnawnia, Mountain, Great Gnarled Tree, Town of Digby, Training Grounds and S.S. Huntington II.

Preferred Cheese

Rockstar mice have been found to be especially attracted to Rockforth cheese.

Loot

In addition to dropping SUPER Brie+, Rockstar mice also drop Ronza's Satchels of Surprise. The color of the Satchel corresponds with the difficulty of the location where the Rockstar is caught (red, blue, or green, in increasing order of difficulty), and the higher difficulty areas also give more valuable rewards, generally speaking.

History and Trivia

iTunes mice were released in March 2008 and permanently retired a few days later. On 14 August 2009 the Rockstar Mouse was released, using the same MouseHunt ID number (16), and a variation of the same description, but having nothing else in common with the iTunes Mouse (aside from the obvious music-related theme).
