The Rockstar Mouse is a breed of mouse found in Ronza's Traveling Shoppe and Year of the Dragon Festival. They are known to drop Attraction Charm, Firecracker Charm, Luck Charm, Nitropop Potion and Power Charm as loot in the Dragon Festival location.
Preferred Cheese
Rockstar mice have been found to be attracted to Rockforth cheese to the extent that no other cheese will suffice.
History and Trivia
- The Rockstar mouse replaced the long-retired iTunes Mouse which was released in March 2008 but permanently retired a few days later.
- On 14 August 2009 the Rockstar Mouse was released, using the same MouseHunt ID number (16) and a variation of the former description, but having nothing else in common with the iTunes Mouse (aside from the obvious music-related theme).
- Rockstar mice were originally found in the Great Gnarled Tree, Mountain, S.S. Huntington II, Town of Digby, Town of Gnawnia, and Training Grounds during Ronza's visit in October 2009.
- During their first appearance, in addition to dropping SUPER|brie+, Rockstar mice also dropped Ronza's Satchels of Surprise. The color of the Satchel (blue, green, or red) was specific to the location in which the Rockstar was caught, with those from areas accessible only to higher ranks containing more valuable rewards (generally speaking).
- Rockstar mice appeared in the Town of Gnawnia on 2 March 2010 dropping the Intimidating Pincher for the first time. They appeared in Cape Clawed, Town of Digby and Training Grounds on 7 March 2010, and started dropping Stolen Birthday Gifts for the first time. During MouseHunt's Second Birthday celebration they developed a taste for Brie and SUPER|brie+ cheese.
- Rockstar mice were re-released on 12 January 2011, appearing for the first time in Ronza's Traveling Shoppe where they dropped Attraction, Luck and Power Charms as loot for the first time.
- Rockstar mice reappeared on 31 January 2012 in Ronza's Traveling Shoppe and in the Year of the Dragon Festival. They were found to drop Firecracker Charms and Nitropop Potions in addition to their 2011 loot, but only in the Dragon Festival location.
