The Romeo Mouse is an event mouse that can be found on or around Valentine's Day (14 February).
- In 2014 they could be found in Calamity Carl's Cozy Cruise as part of the Year of the Horse Festival, available in all phases of the cruise.
- In 2013 they could be found in Calamity Carl's Cozy Cruise as part of the Year of the Snake Festival.
- In 2012 they could be found in Town of Gnawnia, Calm Clearing, Laboratory, S.S. Huntington II and Muridae Market locations.
- In 2011 they could be found in Town of Gnawnia and Training Grounds for the Heart of the Rabbit event.
- In 2010 they could be found the Heart of the Tiger Party as part of Valentine's Day and Chinese New Years event.
They were known to drop the DLU+ collectible as loot in 2010 and 2011; the DHU- collectible in 2011; Valentine Charms in 2012; Firecracker Charms, Iceberg, Acolyte Realm, and Zugzwang Island Souvenirs in 2013; Cruise Bux in 2013 and 2014; and Miniatures in 2014.

History and Trivia
- Romeo mice were introduced on 9 February 2010 in the Heart of the Tiger Party where they dropped DLU+ as loot.
- Re-released on 10 February 2011 as part of the Heart of the Rabbit event, they were located in the Town of Gnawnia and Training Grounds for the first time, and began to drop DHU- in addition to the DLU+ loot.
- Re-released on 13 February 2012 for Valentine's Day, they were located in the Calm Clearing, Laboratory, S.S. Huntington II and Muridae Market locations for the first time, where they began to drop Valentine Charms as loot.
- On 11 February 2013, they appeared in Calamity Carl's Cozy Cruise as part of the Year of the Snake Festival, dropping Cruise Bux, Firecracker Charms, and Iceberg, Acolyte Realm, and Zugzwang Island Souvenirs as loot.
- On 30 January 2014, they appeared in Calamity Carl's Cozy Cruise as part of the Year of the Horse Festival event, dropping Miniatures as loot. Prior to the Valentine's population shift on 10 February 2014, they could only be found in the Gnawnian Shoreline phase of the cruise.
