Ronza stops in from time to time, bringing MouseHunters new and fancy trap components from other parts of the world. Little is known about her origins, and she never stays very long. The King allows Ronza to make port near the castle, to sell her goods. Perhaps the more she visits, the more we will find out about her...

Ronza arrived 12 January and left 19 January 2011.

Description and Requirements

Ronza's Traveling Shoppe is a special location, a large blimp that occasionally becomes available for hunters to visit and purchase special supplies. The merchant, Ronza, is a mysterious woman of unknown origin. When this ship lands, anyone who has access to the region in which she lands can visit her shop provided they have the gold to travel there. Her shop will show in the list of locations for the region where she lands just like any other location, and you travel there in the normal way. A minimum rank of Recruit is required to access the Ronza's Traveling Shoppe. Note that if Ronza lands at a place not accessible to new hunters, they would not be able to access it. For example, a Novice hunter cannot access Ronza's Traveling Shoppe if it is located in the Furoma region as (s)he does not have the maps and the title.

When Ronza departed in 2011, you were transported back to the Meadow at no cost with the following message:

Ronza's Traveling Shoppe is currently closed. The King's Guards kindly escorted me to the Meadow so that I may resume the hunt.

Hunting Strategy

In this location there are a variety of mice all with different weaknesses. Physical, Tactical and Hydro power traps are of normal effectiveness against the Indigenous and Aquatic Order mice, so a Physical, Tactical or Hydro trap can be used. Alternatively, hunters targeting the more powerful Forgotten and Shadow mice are recommended to use an Arcane weapon.

Cheese Usage

All standard cheese types can be used in this location. Hunters wanting the Rockstar mouse should use Rockforth Cheese, and those wanting to attract the Nibbler, Magic, Silvertail, Worker or Black Widow mice can use SUPER|brie+ cheese. Hunters wishing to attract the Forgotten and Shadow mice are advised to use Ancient cheese.

Hunting Tips by Larry

Ronza has returned to town, after a long voyage overseas! Among MouseHunters, her name can cause both excitement and high blood pressure.

Ronza occasionally visits Gnawnia with all sorts of original goodies packed into her airship. Be sure to visit her shop to see what she currently has for sale.

Have fun shopping, but beware: if you buy too much, you may find yourself unable to get a refund.
