The Trapsmith at Fort Rox can use this to craft a powerful Interdimensional Crossbow Trap for use against Shadow mice anywhere in in the Kingdom.

Silver Bolts can be found as rewards from Fort Rox Treasure Chest and Rare Fort Rox Treasure Chest
The Silver Bolt can also be bought and sold in the marketplace
