::: The Bait Preference section needs updating - it is currently listing every possible cheese that works on attracting the elf mouse. Bait Preference is suppose to be used when a mouse has a much higher attraction to a particular cheese. -- [[User:Ralphminer|Ralphminer]] 00:57, 20 December 2009 (UTC)

:::: It does not, in my opinion, have a higher attraction to any specific kind of cheese. Seen it caught with GB, and I was using SB+ for the Worker/GBHS plans when I caught mine. I'm glad to see someone already reverted it. [[User:Joseph|Joseph]] 02:37, 20 December 2009 (UTC)

Last Elf of 2008

Competition for catching the last Elf here! Can probably go into the trivia section when its over :) -- Grexx 10:57, 26 December 2008 (UTC)

  • Doesn't merit a mention, IMHO. Can't add to the wiki every time some individual decides to run a contest. Nice ≠ noteworthy. -- B.Rossow talkcontr 13:51, 26 December 2008 (UTC)
    • Oh no, not the thread. I was talking about the last player to catch an Elf for 2008 -- Grexx 14:09, 26 December 2008 (UTC)
      • Ahh. I see. Still don't think it's a good idea. That's EXTREMELY trivial, far too much so for mention I think. If we do that for the Elf, then why not for every other mouse? Since it's still part of the game and not a prize mouse, there's really nothing special about catching the last one of the year. If it was the last Elf mouse ever caught, maybe, but unless they're being permanently retired (like the iTunes Mouse) I don't think the last one of the season merits mention, either. (I'm making the ASSumption, of course, that they'll be back again next winter.) -- B.Rossow talkcontr 14:12, 26 December 2008 (UTC)

2009 re-release

Are they still dropping Gifts and Magically Wrapped Gifts this year? The current wording of the article suggests that they do. --Hyperchao 19:33, 19 December 2009 (UTC)

And the "cheese attracted to" has changed from Any to SB. Is this verifiable? Joseph 22:31, 19 December 2009 (UTC)
I agree the article needs updated to reflect the different drops, new cheese, and likely the different area that they are found in, as I am relatively sure they are not scattered throughout the land as they were last season, regardless, I will not touch this article as there are editors here that like to bite noobs. ~kytti khat– 22:32, 19 December 2009 (UTC)
