The Torn Pages of Plankrun’s Journal are obtained as loot from certain breeds of mice. They are placed in the Pages tab of a hunter's inventory. As of now, the Pages have no known use, outside of being collector's items.

The pages are found grouped together as two sides of a single page. For example, if a hunter captures a mouse carrying the Dojo pages, the hunter will have both sides of that page. Similarly, covers include both the inside and outside of the respective cover.

Description

During your travels you may find pages from the fabled MouseHunter Plankrun. The stories of this first-ever MouseHunter have been whispered over campfires throughout the years. Unfortunately, all that is known about the fate of this hunter is what can be deciphered from the Torn Pages of Plankrun's Journal, often found scattered across the Kingdom.

Strategies

Gnawnia Page

Some players have reported success in finding the Gnawnia page by hunting in the Meadow using White Cheddar as bait. Because the White Cheddar prevents white, grey and brown mice from approaching your trap, the Dwarf is the most common mouse encountered. Further, evidence strongly suggests that the vast majority (though not 100%) of the time the first Dwarf encountered will drop the pages.

For best results, most hunters also recommend using a Wooden Base with Target or another trap component that increases the attraction rate in order to offset the poor attraction of White Cheddar.
