I've started the basic write-up of the [[General Path]] page. Requires wiki-fication (pardon me) and some smoothening.

==First Steps==

All hunters start out in the Town of Gnawnia and are provided with a Wooden Base and 25 Cheddar cheese. Additionally, the new hunter may choose either a Tacky Glue Trap or a High Tension Spring trap with which they can catch mice in the Kingdom of Gnawnia. Initially, two locations, the Town of Gnawnia and the Meadows are available for the hunter to hunt in. Each location has its own pros and cons and the hunter is expected to gain enough points and gold to buy newer and more powerful traps and bases and finally improve their level from a Novice to an Apprentice by hunting in these locations.

==Travelling==

As an apprentice, the hunter is allowed to travel to the Harbour, the next location in Gnawnia. The Harbour provides a set of mice far better in terms of difficulty and reward compared to the Meadows. The minimum required trap combination required to be successful in this area is the Swiss Army Trap along with the Stone Base. The mice may steal points or gold from unwary hunters at this location.

As soon as a hunter has progressed to the rank of Journeyman, he/she is allowed to travel to the Mountains, the final location in the Gnawnia Region, and hunt the mice there. The Mountains are a challenge even greater than the Harbour, but are a source of much more gold and points, provided a hunter uses the correct tactics. The minimum required trap combination is thought of to be the Swiss Army Trap and Explosive base combination.

A hunter may, in due course of time, catch a Ninja Mouse in the Mountains, which drops the Burroughs Map Piece. This map piece allows the hunters brave enough to attain the rank of Master to peer over the peaks of the Mountains into a new region called the Burroughs and wander into the Laboratory.

==Loot and Items in Gnawnia==

When in Gnawnia, a hunter may come across Plankrun’s Journal Entries on the Meadows, which are dropped by a Dwarf Mouse in the Meadows. These pages provide an insight into the first ever mouse hunter Plankrun as he travelled through the lands of Gnawnia. The Harbour General store stocks Dehydration Blueprints, which may be used to craft the Dehydration base. This base requires Splintered Wood, which may be dropped by dwarf mice in the mountains! Sometimes, mice may drop Brie Alchemy potions in the Mountains, which may be used to turn Cheddar, Marble or Swiss into Brie cheese.

==Potions and more!==

The Lab provides a slew of new mice, which are far more powerful than those found in Gnawnia. Mutated mice run amok and thus, the Mouse DeathBot or the NVMRC Forcefield trap is recommended for hunters venturing into this area. A Dwarf mouse may drop the Key to Digby and a Zombie my drop a Tattered Mousoleum Map Piece in this location. The Key to Digby allows access to the Town of Digby and the Tattered Mousoleum Map piece allows access to the Mousoleum.  Mice in the lab occasionally drop Radioactive Blue Cheese Curd potions and Greater Radioactive Blue Cheese Curd Potions which are used to turn either SUPER|Brie+ cheese or Brie cheese into Radioactive Blue cheese.

==Mouse Types==

Mice in MouseHunt are divided broadly into five types; Physical, Shadow, Tactical, Arcane and Forgotten. All the mice in the Gnawnia Region, the Laboratory and the Town of Digby are of the physical type, whereas the mice in the Mousoleum may also be of the Shadow type. Each mouse type requires a different strategy and a different type of trap to ensnare them. The Shadow mice are only attracted to Radioactive Blue cheese, and require a Shadow trap to be caught effectively. Physical traps may also catch Shadow mice from time to time, but are less effective against them as compared to the Shadow traps. On the other hand, Shadow traps can catch physical mice with no penalty.

The Trapsmith of Digby stocks three Shadow traps. Out of these, the hunter is expected to buy either the Ambrosial Portal or the Sinister Portal and head to the Mousoleum.

==The Furoma Map==

A hunter can obtain the Shredded Furoma Map piece from a Lycan Mouse in the Mousoleum or a Mole Mouse in Digby. This map piece opens up a new region of the Kingdom called Furoma and the first location in that region, called the Training Grounds. *INSERT DROP RATE FOR MICE HERE*

==Loot and Items in the Burroughs==

Mole mice in Digby are also known to occasionally drop the Back Cover of Plankrun’s Journal. *INSERT DROP RATE HERE*
