The Nerg Lich Mouse is a breed of mouse found in Balack's Cove. It is known to drop Flawless Orb and Raisins of Wrath as loot. It is also known to drop the Lich Jewel as loot, but only while hunters are in the process of completing the Zurreal Trap Research Assignment.

| In life, the Nerg Elders prided themselves on their speed and agility. Because the Nerg place such a high value on skillful fighting moves, Balack devised the perfect immortal punishment for them-- strapping heavier and heavier weights on their bodies to limit their movement. The once nimble Nerg elders now shamble about, swinging their weights as weapons rather than exercising their fighting skill. - 17 May 2010: The Nerg Lich Mouse is released with the introduction of Balack's Cove.
- 14 April 2011: The Nerg Lich Mouse began dropping a bonus Cove Egg as loot during the Spring Egg Hunt 2011 event.
- 23 August 2011: The Nerg Lich Mouse began to drop the Lich Jewel as loot.
- 6 February 2014: The Nerg Lich Mouse began to drop Flawless Orbs as loot.
- 22 March 2022: The Nerg Lich Mouse began to drop Scrap Metal as loot.
