In Halloween at the Haunted Terrortories (2011), a Spooky Surprise was the reward for finding all 10 mischievous pranksters hidden in the Haunted Terrortories by your Hunting Team. Once your team has caught the 10 pranksters, visit your Gifts page to claim Spooky Surprise from the King, then open it on the special section of the inventory.
In Halloween 2012, a Spooky Surprise was found inside a Halloween Treasure Chest (whether rare or common) at the conclusion of a Halloween Treasure Map.
In Halloween 2013, both Halloween Treasure Chests and Undead Halloween Treasure Chests included a Spooky Surprise, and it was also possible to gain a Spooky Surprise by competing in a Zombie SUPER|hunt+ Tournament.
