Overview
The Slayer Aura is an Aura that can be earned by opening a Slayer Treasure Chest or a Chrome Slayer Treasure Chest.
It is represented by a monstrous eye in the upper left of the main trap image on the Camp page. When hovered over, it reads:
- You have the Slayer Aura!
This special Trap Aura adds +5 luck to your trap and will add an extra Ancient Relic on any mice that drop them!
Your aura expires on:
XXX @ XX:XXam/pm (Local Time)
Aura Effects
- Grants 5 bonus Luck
- Generates an additional Ancient Relic when one is dropped as loot in a separate journal entry
- My Slayer Aura helped me find 1 extra Ancient Relic!
Source
Opening a Slayer Treasure Chest or a Chrome Slayer Treasure Chest will grant Slayer Aura. The Aura duration gained depends on the chest type.
The Slayer Aura's duration time stacks, so the Aura's time will be extended each time the Hunter opens an additional Chrome Slayer Treasure Chest or Slayer Treasure Chest.
History and Trivia
- 27 July 2016: The Slayer Aura was introduced with the release of Slayer Scroll Case.
- 9 November 2021: Relic Hunter season 9 updates:
- Elite Slayer Treasure Map started rewarding new treasure chests with Slayer Aura duration increased from 15 days to 21 days
- Elite Chrome Slayer Treasure Map was made available.
