Gauntlet Potions are dropped by mice in the King's Gauntlet. Imbuing ordinary cheese with these potions results in Gauntlet Cheeses. At each level of the Gauntlet, mice drop potions that create cheese capable of catching mice at the next level of the Gauntlet. Thus, collecting potions is key to progressing through the Gauntlet.
