| This mindless construct is effectively a walking magic battery. Its technology allows it to travel around Zugzwang's library literally pulling the magic from ancient tomes. As the pure magic is absorbed, it is processed and stored within the magical shell of the mouse. Due to the imperfect nature of the magic refinement process it tends to look unstable, flaring into small bubbling sparks that give this mouse his odd name. Once an Effervescent Mouse has gathered enough magic it will report to its creator Zurreal the Eternal for siphoning. | |||
