The Hydra Mouse is a breed of mouse found in the Lagoon and S.S. Huntington II. It is known to drop Bolt of Cloth, Rope, Scrap Metal, Simple Orb and Splintered Wood in both locations, and Ship Blueprints in the Lagoon.
Preferred Cheese
Hydra mice have been found to be especially attracted to Gnarled, Wicked Gnarly and SUPER|brie+ cheese. The latter only works in the S.S. Huntington II location.
History and Trivia
- This mouse was designed by Mousehunt fan Neilson Cheng!
- They were found at the Festive Comet during The Great Winter Hunt '09, where they dropped Ten Candy Canes.
- On 24 November 2010, Hydra mice were released once more in the Festive Comet during The Great Winter Hunt 2010.
- On 25 January 2011 they began to drop Simple Orb as loot.
- During the Spring Egg Hunt 2011, Hydra mice began dropping a bonus Hydra Egg as loot for Hunters who had obtained the Rocket Rabbit Mallet.
