In life, the Nerg Elders prided themselves on their speed and agility. Because the Nerg place such a high value on skillful fighting moves, Balack devised the perfect immortal punishment for them-- strapping heavier and heavier weights on their bodies to limit their movement. The once nimble Nerg elders now shamble about, swinging their weights as weapons rather than exercising their fighting skill. They may have lost their one joy in life, but they still have plenty of wrath.

The Nerg Lich Mouse is a breed of mouse found in Balack's Cove. They are known to drop Raisins of Wrath as loot. They are also known to drop Lich Jewels as loot, but only while hunters are in the process of completing the Zurreal Trap Research Assignment.

Preferred Cheese

• Nerg Lich mice have been found to be particularly attracted to Vengeful Vanilla Stilton and, to a lesser extent, Vanilla Stilton cheese.

History and Trivia

• During the Spring Egg Hunt 2011, Nerg Lich mice began dropping a bonus Cove Egg as loot for hunters who had obtained the Rocket Rabbit Mallet. They dropped the same loot the following year during the Spring Egg Hunt 2012 event for hunters who had obtained the Eggscavator.
• On 23 August 2011 they began to drop the Lich Jewel as loot.
