Centuries ago, an infamous hunter used a unique and terrible trap to capture the very souls of mice and confine them in gemstones. When the rest of the world found out, the hunter was banished and his name and the details of his trap were erased from history. In the intervening years, the mice have started breaking free from the gemstones and using the very sand around them to craft a monstrous form. Be careful hunting these mice down! They've already been caught once before and are twice as prepared!

The Sand Colossus Mouse is a breed of mouse that can be found in the Sand Crypts, and is known to drop Aleth Essences, Ber Essences and Lunaria Petals as loot.

Preferred Cheese

Sand Colossus mice have been found to be especially attracted to Graveblossom Camembert, to the point that any other kind of cheese will simply not suffice.

Hunting Strategy

The Sand Colossus mouse is a typical member of the Sand Dunes mouse group. As such all power types except Shadow weapons are ineffective against it.

• Sand Colossus mice were released on 14 November 2012, as part of the Living Garden update.
