The Hobby Horse Parts can be obtained by smashing the HitGrab Horsey or the HitGrab Rainbow Rockin' Horse with the Hunter's Hammer. Keep in mind the HitGrab Rockin' Horse available in Ronza's Traveling Shoppe is NOT smashable.
The Parts are used to craft the HitGrab Rainbow Rockin' Horse or to reinstate the HitGrab Horsey.
