The Meadow location is the only location besides the Town of Gnawnia that a beginning hunter has access to. A travel fee is required to reach it, usually 50 gold. The chance of a hunter encountering one of the more powerful breeds of mice in the Meadow is very remote, as this location is generally used by Novice hunters to safely catch weaker mice and accumulate gold and experience points, albeit slowly.
