The Hollowhead Mouse is a breed of mouse only available around Halloween. They are known to drop SUPER|brie+ cheese frequently.

History and Trivia
Hollowhead mice were released on 27th October 2008 as part of MouseHunt's Halloween celebration. A year later, during a Feedback Friday on 2nd October 2009, the developers mentioned that it would be released again around Halloween as well. An exact date was not mentioned.
