Dropped by mice in Haunted Terrortories during the Halloween at the Haunted Terrortories event. They are also available from Pumpkin Treat Baskets and can occasionally be found on friends' Halloween Trick-or-Treating Profile, "hidden" below profile picture; limited to ten per day.
