Facebook Problems
Facebook Login Problems
Playing MouseHunt via Facebook is currently displaying "This content isn't available right now". We are working with Facebook to correct the issue. However, the problem may take a significant amount of time to correct. We've created this post as a place to help share and spread information.
While we're experiencing this issue on Facebook, hunters can still play via MouseHuntGame.com as well as the mobile app for iOS and Android by logging in with a username and password.
Don't Have a Username? =
If you've exclusively played via Facebook and never setup a username for your MouseHunt account, you can setup a username as long as there was an email address associated with your account.
- Visit www.mousehuntgame.com
- Under the Sign In tab click "Account Recovery"
- Enter your email address
If you ever granted MouseHunt access to your email address, you'll receive an email with further instructions
If you've never associated an email address with your account, then you will not receive an email. In that case, you'll need to contact us via support. From there, we will work together on confirming account ownership (if possible) to potentially have a username created for you.
