A party hat's only currently known use is for crafting with DeathBot Parts to create a PartyBot.
Purchasing Info
The party hat was available for purchase for a limited time in March 2009 for 15,000 gold from Ronza's Traveling Shoppe. It is not currently available for purchase.
The DeathBot parts can be acquired by dismantling the DeathBot with the hunters hammer.
