Dr. F. Romage

Dr. F. Romage is the mysterious figure responsible for bringing Monster mice to life through experimentation with Living Shards. It is not known whether or not the Mutated White and Mutated Grey breeds are also his creations. It is assumed his place of study is somewhere within the Laboratory.
Trivia
The doctor's first initial and surname spell fromage, the French word for cheese.
