| This exceptionally confident, self-satisfied night constable leads a team of bumbling oafs in an incompetent attempt at upholding justice. He believes himself to be an expert on the rule of law however, his consistently nonsensical accusations and explanations betray just how woefully unqualified he is for his position. The last time he made an arrest he apparently told his superior: "Our watch, sir, have indeed comprehended two aspicious persons!"
