Swiss is a step above marble, at 100 gold per piece. Its attraction rate is decent, and most begin to use it in the Mountains and onwards (never switching to brie later). Since the frailer breeds of mice that appear in Gnawnia and the Meadow (mostly) offer around 100 gold each, there is no significant money return on using Swiss much earlier.
