Historical Event

Given its large impact on the community, and as it is the first "fictional" environment that creation such a sensation, the Salt Mines page will remain on the wiki. Another benefit of keeping this page is to allow players who come to believe in the Salt Mines as a real location the ability to search it and find that it is, in fact, mythological. --Giorgio Sintichakis 22:22, 11 November 2008 (UTC)

No such location

If the Salt Mines do not exist, then why do we need an article about something that doesn't exist in the world of MouseHunt and/or relating to the game in a way? I'm tagging a {{deletion}} template to this until someone gives me a reasonable explanation. Also, don't put locations that do not exist onto the Locations page, it will only cause more confusion. --Peter888 02:06, 4 November 2008 (UTC)

Yes, delete. --Mulleflupp 12:55, 4 November 2008 (UTC)

I think that this is a great area for anyone to post a little bit of nonsense. It lets people add what they want to and not get in trouble for misleading noobs because it has a myth tag on it. So just let it be. It's not doing any harm. It helps noobies see the truth and we're having a bit of fun with it as well

You just described the Myths article. Fan fantasies shouldn't venture outside of it, or this wiki will be flooded with nonfactual nonsense. Revengeance 13:50, 9 November 2008 (UTC)
