The Serpentine Mouse is a breed of mouse that can be found in the Sand Crypts, and is known to drop Aleth Essences, Ber Essences, Cynd Essences and Lunaria Petals as loot.

While the Serpentine Mouse is dangerous when provoked, it prefers cheese over any other food, and will prefer to raid a nearby trap for its dinner, so be sure to keep your trap stocked with tasty cheese! | |||

Preferred Cheese
Serpentine mice have been found to be especially attracted to Graveblossom Camembert, to the point that any other kind of cheese will simply not suffice.
Hunting Strategy
The Serpentine mouse is a typical member of the Sand Dunes mouse group. As such all power types except Shadow weapons are ineffective against it.
Event Participation
- The Serpentine Mouse drops the Living Garden Egg during the annual Spring Egg Hunt.
History and Trivia
- Serpentine mice were released on 14 November 2012, as part of the Living Garden update.
