The Red and Yellow dewdrops are mentioned as loot drops. Can this be confirmed?
I'm questioning this because you have to have the scattering charm active to attract the scattered carmine.
The only way to collect dewdrops is by having the sponge charms equipped, so it would be impossible for the scattered carmine to drop dewdrops if my reasoning is right.
