Inactive user cull?

Hi, Michele. Wondered what you think about culling inactive users. In trying to clean up the wiki, another user has been mass-editing user pages that contain dead links. Generally speaking, this is bad form. Having said that, however, there are LOTS of sandbox and similar pages in the User namespace with dead links, pages that haven't been edited in years owned by users who haven't been active here in years. (Peter888 is a great example.) Would you be willing and able to delete user accounts for those users not active since 2011 or even 2012? That should get rid of these unused and problematic User namespace pages without establishing the precedent that editing other users' pages may be done routinely for our own convenience. Thanks! I just did a rough count of total users vs. active users. There are nearly 18,000 registered users in the wiki, the VAST majority of which are spam accounts. For comparison, only 15 users have made edits in the past 91 days. I'd be more than happy to help out, but I don't have proper access.
