Pumpkin Treat Baskets are available during the Halloween Trick AND Treat events.

In 2010 through 2013, the year that a basket was released, it was known merely as Pumpkin Treat Basket; the next year, all of a hunter's inventory of the prior year is renamed to add the year in front.
