It could attract all sorts of mice that were no longer living.
The only way that RB can be made now is to use a Radioactive Blue Cheese Curd Potion or Greater Radioactive Blue Cheese Curd Potion (which are dropped by mice in the Laboratory and Mousoleum) on SUPER|brie+ for free, or on Brie for a small cost. It is used primarily in the Mousoleum due to its amazing supernatural attraction. Occasionaly RB can be obtained as Loot from Monster Mouse.
