The Nightfire is a breed of mouse found in Fort Rox. They are not known to drop any loot.

Preferred Cheese
Nightfire mice have no specific preference for any kind of cheese.
Hunting Strategy
Arcane traps are very effective against the Nightfire. Shadow traps are of normal effectiveness.
Nightfire mice can only be encountered during the Pitch, Utter Darkness, and First Light phases at Nighttime in Fort Rox.
Once a hunter has upgraded the Fort Rox fort to the Energy Cannon, it is no longer possible to miss a Nightfire.
