Glad to see you adding to the location pages, but would you mind leaving the separator tag ( {{hr}} ) in place? - An alternative to the separator would be to move the description to its own section or remove the italics and bold the first instance of the location name in the descrption -- use it as the intro paragraph without a heading so it comes before the TOC.
