| This mouse cares not for cheese. To say the Eclipse Mouse commands the forces of darkness would be to underestimate its power, for it commands the very fear of darkness, liquifying hunters’ souls with a constant barrage of nightmares. It also turns traps against their owners, sending knives, lasers and even giant squid sailing through the air after opponents. Preferred Cheese
Eclipse mice have been found to be especially attracted to Gauntlet Cheese Tier 8, to the point that any other kind of cheese will simply not suffice.
History and Trivia

- The Eclipse Mouse was introduced 8 June 2010 with the MouseHunt v3.0 update. However, hunters were unable to hunt these mice until 9 July 2010 when the King granted them permission to use the Gauntlet Potion Tier 8.
Hunting Strategy
Eclipse mice are quite weak to Forgotten type traps (currently only Ancient Box Trap). They may also be caught with high power traps of other power types.
