Iceberg, Dead Ahead!
14 May 2012
Iceberg, Dead Ahead!
It is confirmed: This is a full-scale mousey invasion. A large iceberg, visible from the Slushy Shoreline, has appeared off the coast of Gnawnia. And it's moving closer.
The King is calling all capable hunters to head to the Slushy Shoreline and begin the upgrade of the S.S. Huntington II. If we're going to get through all of this ice, we'll need to reinforce the hull of the Huntington in order to break through to the Iceberg.
Head to the Slushy Shoreline and collect Interlocking Hull Fragments to upgrade the Huntington and gain access to the Iceberg! This will take a joint effort on the part of all available hunters, so do not delay!
The King and all of Gnawnia are counting on you!
Interlocking Hull Fragment
This minuscule fragment is designed to connect with a multitude of other fragments to form an enormous hull-mounted icebreaker for the S.S. Huntington II.
The S.S. Huntington II will require 1.5 million hull fragments, a collective effort across all MouseHunters.
When all of the fragments have been collected and the hull has been reinforced, the new Huntington will be able to break through the ice and bring hunters to the Iceberg.
Chilly Charms
Softserve Charms
This tiny charm emanates a sweet vanilla odour that is irresistible to mice who have gotten sick of smelling stale salt air on a long ocean voyage.
When equipped on the Slushy Shoreline, more powerful mice carrying more valuable equipment will be attracted to your trap.
Use these charms to attract mice carrying special loot items used to purchase new traps!.
A New Trap
Steam Laser Mk. I
Like a fog machine mixed with a laser lightshow, the Steam Laser Mark I is both effective and awesome. Even mice not directly struck by the Steam Laser Mark I's beam stop in their tracks, engrossed in the incredible lightshow before them.
This combination of hot and hydro works especially well on the Slushy Shoreline and in the Iceberg. It receives a power and luck bonus in both of these areas.
Use Softserve Charms to attract mice carrying the special loot items needed to purchase this from the Trapsmith!

The Shores of Gnawnia Breached!
07 May 2012
The Shores of Gnawnia Breached!
No longer just a rumour, the shores near Gnawnia have been breached by an icy invasion force. The King urges eligible hunters to rush to aid in pushing back these mice!
Hunters with the rank of Lord/Lady who are brave enough to fight on this new front should visit the Cartographer in the Harbour. There, hunters may obtain an official document to prove their worth against these icy foes, which licenses them to join the effort in pushing back the invaders.
The King fears this is only a small taste of what is to come. All hunters are urged to be ready and armed to face an even greater incoming threat...
Re-Supply and Demand
War Supplies
These supplies are carried by the less-common mice invading the chilly shores of Gnawnia. The mice have raided the King's private hunting supply, including some of his SUPER|brie+ and King's Credits, and are using these supplies against the hunters on the shores.
This extra loot will only be around for a week, so catch as many of these mice as you can!
War Scraps
In light of the new invasion force, the King has begun construction of a new shop to arm hunters against this icy front. The shop will be stocked with supplies that will aid hunters in preparing for this assault and many of its items will be exchangeable for the War Scraps taken off the mice attacking the castle walls.

An Icy Chill Fills the Air...
01 May 2012
An Icy Chill Fills the Air...
Reports have been coming in from all over Gnawnia and the rest of the kingdom about what is being tentatively called an "invasion force", a phrase the King's messengers have been dismissing.
Nevertheless, the King has ordered a state of high alert. Hunters are ordered to find and capture as many of these mice as possible to prevent a crisis and to learn as much about them as possible.
So far, one thing is for certain: Hunters have agreed that these mice seem to come from colder climates, and are susceptible to water-based traps. The King urges hunters to be ready and at their best.
War Scraps
The new mice have been dropping these scraps. Perhaps collecting them will lead to some clues about their origins?
