Dr. F. Romage

Dr. F. Romage is a mysterious figure responsible for creating Monster mice. Nothing else is known of the doctor, particularly whether or not the Mutated White and Mutated Grey breeds are also his creations. It is assumed his place of study is somewhere within the Laboratory.
Trivia
The doctor's first initial and surname spell fromage, the French word for cheese.
