Theme
Themes allow hunters to change the appearance of their Hunter's Journal (both on the Camp page and when seeing a shorter journal on other pages) and Hunter's Profile. By default, a hunter has access to the Classic MouseHunt theme, and other themes can be unlocked by having certain items in the inventory. Themes are selected by clicking on the hunter's profile (the shield to the left of the Camp button), then the Select Theme button. A list of themes appears, with a button for Select if the hunter has met the prerequisite, or a greyed out button Locked and a second line of explanation how to get the theme.

Burroughs Rift
- Cybernetically enhance your journal with this Burroughs rift theme!
- You must collect and craft theme scraps found in the Burroughs Rift to use this theme.
To unlock this theme, a hunter needs to have at least 1 Burroughs Rift Journal Theme collectible in the inventory. This theme was released into the game on 9 September 2014.

Classic MouseHunt
- The one, the only, the original.
This is the default theme in the game, and was in use before the introduction of other themes. There are no unlocking requirements.
Golden Shield
- A gleaming reward available to the most dedicated and devoted fans!
- You must have an active Lucky Golden Shield to use this theme.
To unlock this theme, a hunter needs to have the Golden Shield. This theme was released into the game on 17 October 2012.
Living Garden
- Only the fiercest hunters in the Living Garden will find this!
- You must collect and craft the completed Living Garden Theme to use this theme.
To unlock this theme, a hunter needs to have at least 1 Completed Living Garden Theme in the inventory. This theme was released into the game on 14 January 2013.

- Purchase this theme from the Tournament Hall using MEGA Tournament Tokens.
This theme can be purchased for 3 MEGA Tournament Tokens at the Tournament Hall General Store.
With the purchase of this theme, a MEGA Tournament Journal Theme is added to your Collectibles inventory.
Most Wanted
- Made from only the most sun-cracked dessicated wood and hard-bitten nails, this theme shows a hunter's dedication to enforcing the law in Varmint Valley!
- You need to purchase this theme from the Claw Shot City general shop.
This theme can be purchased for 750 Fool's Gold at the Claw Shot City General Store or through Donation.
With the purchase of this theme, a Most Wanted Theme is added to your Collectibles inventory.
Polluted
- Covered in filth and polluted scum residue. Display your dirt proudly for your thorough cleaning of the Toxic Spill!
- You need to collect and craft the completed polluted Theme to use this theme.
To unlock this theme, a hunter needs to have at least 1 Completed Polluted Journal Theme collectible in the inventory.

To unlock this theme, a hunter needs to claim the Birthday Journal Theme collectible after "liking" the MouseHunt Facebook page, at the conclusion of MouseHunt's Sixth Birthday in 2014.
MouseHunt Cupcake
- Earned by shipping 100 cupcakes during MouseHunt's Seventh Birthday celebration!
To unlock this theme, a hunter must ship at least 100 cupcakes during MouseHunt's Seventh Birthday. Doing so will add the Cupcake Birthday Theme collectible to a hunter's inventory which allows access to the theme.
Regal
- Dress classy! Now your journal parchments can look just like upper royalty! Treat yourself, you've earned this!
- You need to collect the two halves of this theme (one from prize mice, the other from the King's Arms Prize Shoppe) in order to craft it.

Winter Hunt Theme

This theme could be purchased for 75 Ice Coins at the MegaBuy Mart General Store during the Great Winter Hunt 2012. It returned for purchase at 50 Ice Coins and 25,000 Gold at the Festive Snow Fort General Store during the Great Winter Hunt 2013.
