The Christmas Tree Mouse is a breed of mouse that can be found in the Festive Comet area.

Preferred Cheese

Christmas Tree Mice are found to be especially attracted to SUPER|brie+ and Gingerbread cheese, though switching to SUPER|brie+ may be easier to catch them (see 'Hunting Strategy').

Hunting Strategy

Hunters are advised to use their strongest and luckiest trap available to them for this rare adversary, in order to prevent this elusive mouse from getting away from their trap in the event that they encounter one. It has also been observed that hunters using SUPER|brie+ have gotten the Christmas Tree Mouse within the first few hunts after switching to SUPER|brie+, though at this point of time it is certainly not guaranteed. Furthermore, the lucky shield, obtained when you have donated to MouseHunt, will further add on to your luck total, therefore boosting your chances on capturing a Christmas Tree Mouse.

History and Trivia

Christmas Tree Mice were released on 3rd December with the big event "The Great Winter Hunt '09", the first winter hunt since MouseHunt was released.
