The Elf Mouse is a breed of mouse found in the Festive Snow Fort. They are known to drop Blue Winter Hunt Gift Boxes for hunters of ranks Novice to Grandmaster, Green Winter Hunt Gift Boxes for Legendary through Knight, Red Winter Hunt Gift Boxes for Lord or Lady, or Purple Winter Hunt Gift Boxes for Baron or Baroness and higher.

Elf mice have been found to be particularly attracted to Festive Feta and SUPER|brie+ cheese, but can also be caught with Snowball Bocconcini, Gingerbread and Seasoned Gouda.
History and Trivia
- Elf mice were one of two Christmas themed mice first released on 11 December 2008, the other being Abominable Snow mice. They could be found in almost all locations, except the Meditation Room and Pinnacle Chamber.
- Up till Christmas Eve of 2008, they always dropped Gifts and Magically Wrapped Gifts if caught. From Christmas Day itself and a few days afterward, they could still be found around the various locations, but no longer dropped any loot.
- On 19 December 2009, Elf mice were once again introduced as part of the 12 Days 'til Christmas event. This time, they could be found only in the Festive Comet, and were known to drop Eight Elf Shoes.
- On 24 November 2010, Elf mice reappeared again in the Festive Comet for The Great Winter Hunt 2010 event and were known to drop Blue Winter Hunt Gift Box, Green Winter Hunt Gift Box, or Red Winter Hunt Gift Box depending on hunter's rank and Gingerbread House Plans. During this event they acquired a preference for Gingerbread and SUPER|brie+ cheese.
- On 10 December 2013, Elf mice reappeared again in the Festive Snow Fort for the Great Winter Snowball Fight.
