The most experimental Polluted Charm available to conventional hunters. Maximum Pollutinum fusion has been attained with sufficient Luck added as a stabliizer. Adds +15 Luck to the Polluted Base and Pollutinum Base.

The Ultimate Polluted Charm is not sold by any Charm Shoppe and is therefore non-refundable. It can be crafted given the proper ingredients or purchased from the Marketplace, or through the Give To Friends option.

It can also be obtained as a result from hunting with an Unstable Charm.

• 21 January 2014: The Ultimate Polluted Charm was introduced with the release of the Toxic Spill location, but could not be crafted until the end of the 1st spill on 27 January 2014.
• Unknown Date: The Ultimate Polluted Charm's description was updated to include the additional luck when paired with the Refined Pollutinum Base. The old description reads:
